REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL
Every parent / guardian shall abide by the declaration given by him / her voluntarily at the time of admission of their Children.
School fees must be paid on the specified date. If delayed longer, the payment would be done with penalty.
It is strictly compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full uniform including footwear.
Ornament or Jewellery of any kind are not allowed in the school. The school does not take responsibility for money or articles that are lost.
Pupils should speak only in English in order to acquire a greater facility in the study of English.
Pupils will not be excused from Physical Exercise or organised games without a Doctor's Certificate.
Pupils are expected to participate in all the activities of the school.
Any damage done in class or about the premises will have to be made good.
No Mobiles, no books, newspaper or periodicals may be brought to school without the consent of the school authorities.
No Gifts or Donations to the teachers are allowed.
The permission of the principal is required for any student activities such as fund-raising, ticket-selling parties, picnics, class- organisations etc.
Forging parent's signature or altering marks and grade will be viewed seriously.
All communication should be addressed to the principal and not to the class teacher.
Pupils are not allowed to interview the parents or visitors during the school hours.
No Student is allowed to go out of the school campus during lunch break.
Parents and visitors will be permitted into the school campus only on occasions specified by the school authorities.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the Parent / Guardian to arrange for and to oversee the mode of travel for their children/ wards to come to the school and to return from the school. The school is in no way responsible for any untoward event if any, happens outside school campus either during the course of their travel or otherwise.
LEAVE OR ABSENCE
No Pupil shall absent herself - himself without obtaining leave previously. Leave must be obtained by written application from the parent or guardian in the prescribed Leave Record in the Diary.
A pupil absenting herself/himself from school for 30 working days without notice will be marked "Left" she/he will have to be re-admitted.
If the absence on account of illness lasts more than 5 days, the applications for leave must be accompanied by a Medical Certificate.
Absence by the pupils must be supported by a leave letter signed by the parent or guardian on the day of return, to school authorities.
Pupils should be present on the Reopening Day after each vacation and on the last working day of every term. Absence on these days will be viewed seriously.
A pupil coming late or absent on the previous day may not enter the class unless she/he brings to the class teacher a note signed by the principal.
New pupils must be introduced personally to the principal by the parents or guardians who will be responsible for their regularity and fees.
An aptitude test will be conducted for those who seek admission. The decision of the committee regarding this examination is final.
A school leaving certificate will be given only to those who have fully settled their dues and produced a written application from the parent / guardian.
Irregular attendance, habitual want of application, disobedience, any kind of cheating or serious misbehavior even outside the school will be viewed seriously.
PUNCTUALITY
Pupil must be punctual for class on every working day. Late- comers should not enter the class without the written permission of the principal. If you are late, get the signature in the school diary.
